Joe is a proud Australian citizen with a range of business and immigration qualifications and experience; and, as a migrant himself, Joe is able to call upon his own personal experience of what is involved in emigrating to Australia and integrating into the wider Australian society.
Joe has worked with the Australian Government’s Department of Immigration and Citizenship (aka Department of Home Affairs) as a Case Officer and a Senior Case Officer making decisions on a wide variety of visa categories and citizenship applications, and more recently in the migration advice industry helping both individuals and employers with their visa and sponsorship applications.
Joe has a passion for Australian immigration, HR, international relations and foreign languages (He speaks fluent English and Filipino), and has completed a postgraduate certificate in Australian Migration Law & Practice so that he is completely up to date with the latest Immigration legislation and required practices.
Additionally, Joe has over ten years’ experience as an accomplished strategic business partner, including tenures as non-executive directors for local community organisations, and has proven leadership experience in identifying business needs and solutions for small, medium and large organisations across both Public and Private sectors.
